Welcome to Sensory play, a digital platform that allows users to rent private spaces by the hour or by the day and offers digital content creation services such as short promotional videos and marketing materials.

By accessing or using the sensoryplay.biz platform ("we", "our", "us"), whether as a host, guest, or visitor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • Platform refers to the Sensory play website and any associated apps or services.
  • User refers to any individual or entity using the platform, including Hosts and Guests.
  • Host is any individual or business that lists a space for rent on the platform.
  • Guest is any individual or business that books a space through the platform.
  • Content Services refer to digital marketing services including photography, video production, and promotional material creation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Sensory Play. By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Room Rentals

  • Rentals are available by the hour or by the day, subject to the availability and conditions set by each Host.
  • Guests must respect the rules of the rented space as defined by the Host.
  • Hosts are responsible for maintaining their space, including cleanliness, safety, and accuracy of listings.
  • Sensory is not responsible for any issues between Guests and Hosts but may intervene if complaints arise.

4. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the Sensory play platform.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary and are specified on each listing.

5. Marketing and Content Creation Services

  • Users may request optional marketing services, including short films, photography,Of or promotional digital content.
  • Sensory Play retains the rights to use any created content for internal promotion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Content creation may be subject to separate pricing and scheduling agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities.
  • Misrepresent your identity or property.
  • Share or distribute inappropriate content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sensory acts as a digital intermediary. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from rental agreements or content services. We do not guarantee the condition or safety of any listed space.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Sensory play, including videos and marketing materials, remains the property of Sensory Play unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

Sensory Play reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, Quebec. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction where Sensory Play is legally registered.
